FAQ

  • Our 2027 package is $5,000. To secure your date, we require a $750 deposit, which will go toward your payment. Your package includes: a brand new getting ready space, RV photobooth, 18 farmhouse tables, 200 chairs, 2 arbor choices, and access to all decor! Day of coordination and bartending are also included in the package.

  • While we wish we could have an unlimited number of people, our venue can accommodate a maximum of 150 guests. This is due to the size of our parking area, number of tables, and chairs, and the size of the space!

  • Our 10-acre property is located 25 minutes from North Spokane in Clayton, WA. We are 10 minutes off of Highway 395 and are close to Deer Park and Loon Lake.

    We love our secluded setting, hidden in the forest.

  • We only book one wedding per weekend! You are able to set up the day before and have your rehearsal. You can also come back the day after to finish cleaning and retrieve any belongings that were left. We will work with you to create a day-of timeline and are flexible on when you want to arrive on the wedding day!

  • We have an RV Photo Booth that is included in our package. You and your guests can make unlimited visits. Photo strips print instantly for you and your guests to take home! We will work with you to design a custom photo strip. After the wedding, you will receive all digital copies. And we’ve got you covered with a variety of fun props!

  • Because we are on a rural property, there is no running water. We have partnered with Royal Flush or Luxury Loo who offer beautiful portable restrooms. They are offering our couples a discount for booking with them. However, you are welcome to look at other companies. We understand this is an added expense which is why our package pricing is so reasonable!

  • Music needs to be off by 10pm.

  • Yes! You are welcome to bring in the vendors of your choice. 

  • YES! We have a space big enough for both sides of the wedding party that you may access as early as you want on your wedding day.

  • Yes, we require couples to provide proof of event liability insurance. We’re happy to recommend trusted providers.

  • While our venue is not fully ADA-certified, we are committed to making our space as accessible and inclusive as possible. We are happy to work with couples and guests to accommodate mobility needs and other accessibility requests to the best of our ability. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or specific needs — we’re here to help make your experience comfortable and enjoyable.

  • Yes, alcohol is permitted with a licensed bartender and adherence to local laws. We do not allow self-serve bars. A banquet permit is required.

  • Please fill out the form under “Contact Us” so we can set up a tour. We will show you the space, answer any questions you have, and review the contract. If you feel like this is the wedding venue for you, we require a $750 deposit to secure your date! After that, you get to check something off your wedding to-do list!
