From the start, Analisa and Keith made the planning process so easy, seamless and just plain fun. They are so easy to work with, and some of the kindest humans you will ever meet. The heart, hard work and attention to detail that went into building this dream wedding venue is simply beautiful. The middle of the woods vibe meets simple elegance. The space was ours for the whole weekend, so we had the freedom to set up the day before and pick up items the day after. Keith and Analisa worked so hard to set up everything exactly as we wanted, and communicated so well from booking to the wedding day. Truly, there was nothing left to worry about. Could not have asked for a better experience, or a more perfect wedding day.

We had a vision of how we wanted our day to be and they were more than willing to make it work. The location is intimate and beautiful, with options for both covered areas and surrounded-by-trees vibes. Having access to the venue for the whole weekend relieved a huge burden and gave us room to breathe. The included Photo Booth was such a fun thing for guests and such a value! Lastly, you have the option of adding day-of-coordination and I could not recommend it enough. Analisa is organized, creative, and has an eye for details—she took care of everything the day of my wedding. Our wedding was our favorite day and a lot of the credit must go to Keith and Analisa.

I can't say enough good things about Analisa, Keith, and their entire coordinating team. When I tell you I didn't have to do a thing on my wedding weekend I mean it. Analisa decorated, set the tables, made the lemonade, put ice in buckets, cut the paper for table numbers, and made sure we followed the timeline without stressing me out. As a wedding photographer who has been to over 50 weddings, I was shocked with how organized and hardworking the staff were! The best part was that I wasn't stressed out or rushed one bit on my wedding day. If you want a venue who will listen and go above and beyond for your vision, choose the Barn at Rimrock! They have poured their hearts into this property, and we could not have asked for a better place to gather our friends and family. The separate ceremony and reception areas are perfect for seamless transition, and we were able to save money by using their decor to supplement ours. We also took advantage of Analisa’s coordinating services and we could not have been happier—she made everything run like a well oiled machine and helped eliminate stress. The bar was a hit and the bartender did a fabulous job. The photo booth was so much fun and produced pics we will cherish always. Our friends and family have had nothing but great things to say about the venue. Highly recommend this place!

Keith and Analisa were so wonderful to work with. They were accommodating and very hands on/helpful the day of. Keith managed all the parking and directing guests as well as running the photo booth. Analisa was an amazing day of coordinator, keeping everything on schedule and handling things so that my husband and I could just enjoy our day. Analisa gave great suggestions for potential vendors that could accommodate for the venue’s amenities. The venue is also beautiful! We got so many compliments about picking such a naturally pretty space. We really couldn’t appreciate Keith and Analisa more, or recommend the venue! They made our day so special and stress-free.

We just had our wedding here this summer and everything about it was perfect. The decor is elegant and timeless, the photo booth was so much fun, and the getting ready suite is SO beautiful and comes with everything you could ever think to need - down to a fridge, hand steamer, and bluetooth speakers in each room. However, Analisa is the real reason this venue is exceptional. She's the exact person you want in charge of your wedding and all of its details. I really appreciated her flexibility and willingness to do whatever it took to make our wedding exactly what we wanted. She goes above and beyond!

Not only is Washington beautiful but this venue was amazing. I was nervous because the weather was going to be high 90s that day but with the location being secluded and under the trees it was perfect weather. The staff was very nice and the photo booth was awesome. Even more so that it was included with their package (saw on their website) usually you have to pay extra for that feature. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. This would be the perfect venue for themed weddings, like Lord of The Rings (i say this cause i want a LOTR wedding lol) and if i lived in WA i would 100% be looking into the venue for my own wedding. Love it. Thank you guys for making my families special day amazing.

We were looking to get married on a reasonable budget, but like most people, had no clue what we were doing. We were sold the minute we arrived for the first tour! Not only is the place beautiful, the owners are wonderful people who have put so much careful attention into making this a great place for couples to tie the knot. Analisa was an absolute dream to work with. She was a great resource for EVERYTHING we needed, didn’t know, and a guide for us along the way. This was everything we could have hoped for and more. We also enlisted her for day-of coordination and we didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day!
