Coordination Services

Wedding day:

Manage the day's timeline to keep everything on schedule
Set up decor, including tables, welcome table, gift table, and dessert table
Greet vendors upon arrival and direct them as needed
Set out desserts
Coordinate announcements and music cues with the DJ
Assist with the couple's exit
Help with decor cleanup at the end of the night

Before the wedding:

Assist with creating a timeline
Gather vendor contacts, arrival times, and logistical details
Confirm plans for decor setup

Rehearsal day:

Facilitate and organize rehearsal
Lead the rehearsal
